Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under it.

Plantilly is a general nutritional planning tool provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical, dietary, or therapeutic advice and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Content is generated in part by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete — always use your own judgement and consult a qualified health professional before making dietary changes, particularly if you have a medical condition or allergy, are pregnant, or take medication.

Plantilly offers a free tier and two paid subscriptions, Plantilly Plus and Plantilly Pro. The free tier lets you generate and manage one plan. Plus unlocks the full shopping list with tick-off, more recipe searches and a bigger Board. Pro adds 5 plan slots, AI-powered meal logging and edits, and a much larger assistant allowance. The specific features and limits of each tier are described in the app and may evolve over time. Moving to a lower tier never deletes anything: plans and pins beyond the new limit stay in your account, but you cannot add more until you are back under it.

• Price. Paid plans are billed at the price shown at checkout (currently US$4.99 per month for Plantilly Plus and US$14.99 per month for Plantilly Pro) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Automatic renewal. Each paid plan is a subscription that renews automatically each month, and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period, until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Your paid access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.
• Price changes. We may change subscription pricing; we will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you, and you may cancel if you do not agree.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your paid access.

You agree not to misuse Plantilly — including by attempting to break or circumvent limits or security, scraping or bulk-extracting content, reverse-engineering the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Photos you send Tilly must be of food — a plate, a fridge, a pantry or ingredients — and should keep other people out of shot. Photos that are explicit, violent or abusive are refused, and repeated attempts switch photos off for the account or device.

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and grant us a limited licence to use them to operate and improve the service. Plantilly, its software, branding, and interface are owned by Mirahome Pty Ltd; we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that AI-generated plans, nutrition figures, or suggestions are accurate, complete, or suitable for you. To the extent permitted by law, Mirahome Pty Ltd and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions or outcomes arising from your use of Plantilly; and where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users. You may stop using Plantilly and delete your account at any time from your Account page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
